Orders & Deliveries
I would like to place an order. Are you able to deliver on the day I place my order or do I need to order in advance?

As we are still a small home-based snackery, orders would currently need to be placed in advance. You can place your order via our online snackery, with all deliveries being sent out twice a week.

We require a minimum of three days' notice to process your order in good time. Our order cut-off time for each week's advance orders is on:
• Friday – 2pm SGT for deliveries on Tuesdays
• Tuesday – 2pm SGT for deliveries on Friday

Is there a minimum order quantity for your baked items?

Our snacks are available only in sets (rather than by single pieces because we know 1 is never enough). Sets are currently available in either boxes of 4 or 6 respectively.

Do you offer pickup as an option?

Yes, we do! Pickup is available at our community spot partners. Your snack pack will be delivered to the community spot for pickup for a flat rate of $5.

Pickup hours are whenever the community spots you’re picking up from is open for business (e.g. during class timings). Location hours can vary week by week, especially during holidays, so please check the location’s schedule before you head out and time your pick up accordingly.

If you would like to be a community spot partner or have a community spot partner in mind, do drop as an email at [email protected] and we shall see if we are able to work on setting it up.

Do you offer island-wide delivery?

Yes, deliveries are fulfilled by a third party delivery vendor and we provide delivery service to most places in mainland Singapore. Please note that additional charges will apply to certain more remote locations as well as locations with restricted access - these include areas such as Changi and Tuas. We do not deliver to Jurong Island and any of the other islands of Singapore.

What do you charge for delivery?

We offer two below options:

  • Pickup
    Pickup hours are whenever the community spots you’re picking up from is open for business (e.g. during class timings). Location hours can vary week by week, especially during holidays, so please check the location’s schedule before you head out and time your pick up accordingly. We charge a flat rate of $5 for Pickup.
  • Direct to You
    – Standard Delivery – Delivery between 9am and 6pm but not at any specific time. We charge a flat rate of $15 per location for Standard Delivery.
    – Timed Delivery – Delivery within a 3/4 hour time slot of your choice between 9am and 7pm. We charge $25 per location for TimedDelivery.
When are deliveries made?

As we are still a small home-based snackery, deliveries are made once a week on Tuesdays between 9am-7pm depending on the delivery option selected at check-out. This is to ensure we provide you with the best level of quality and satisfaction.

What payment options do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept a variety of local payment options. We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are able to take payment via other digital methods such as Apple Pay, and PayNow.

I placed an order. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order and made payment, you will receive a system-generated email with an Order Confirmation Reference. This is proof of your payment and indication that we have received your order.

We will review and process your order within the day, and may take up to 24 - 36 hours during peak periods. If there are issues with your order, our team will reach out to you directly to resolve this.

Do note that orders are processed in chronological order based on the order fulfilment dates. If you have placed an order to be fulfilled quite far ahead in the future, it may take longer for us to process your order. To ensure timely processing of your order, we recommend verifying the accuracy of your Billing and Delivery details before placing the order.

Subsequently, if you need help with your order, do quote the Order number (starting with SO on your order confirmation email) and email us at [email protected] for us to assist you promptly.

Order Troubleshooting
I made an error with my order details! What should I do?

If you have made a mistake in keying in some or part of your order, billing or delivery details, fret not!

Please send us an email at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected and we will make every effort to assist.

Important: All changes to your orders, such as adding / changing items or delivery details, must be made minimally three hours before the respective order cut-off timing of your scheduled delivery (refer to FAQ: General ordering & deliveries - Question #1 for cut-off timings). Additional charges will be incurred for changes after the respective order cut-off timing.

If we have any queries or spotted any errors in your order / details provided, we will contact you to clarify the issue. However, if we do not hear back from you within 24hrs, your order will be delayed until the issue can be rectified. For this reason, it is also important that you provide us with a valid phone number and email address so we can reach out to you if necessary.

I've placed my order! How will I know if my order is on its way to me?

We will send a system-generated:

  1. order confirmation email to confirm your order once received and processed,
  2. delivery reminder email 1 day before your selected delivery day,

Do note that if our drivers encounter any challenges with completing your delivery, they may reach out to you (or the recipient) directly on the day of delivery for further instructions.

We seek your cooperation with:

  • Ensuring that someone is present to receive your meals,
  • If you live a private estate, informing security to allow our delivery partners to your doorstep,
  • Being contactable during delivery so that we can reach you in case of any difficulty.

Please check that your contact details are correct and delivery address is complete (i.e. building number or name, unit number, lobby, etc) when placing your order.

The recipient of my order isn't at home. What can I do?

Due to the volume of deliveries, our delivery partners will only extend a 5-minute grace period for recipients to accept their deliveries.

If no one is at home, our delivery partners will contact you once they arrive for you to give the go-ahead to leave your snacks by your door. We recommend leaving a large styrofoam box or cooler bag outside your house labelled for Tough Club so that our delivery partners can place your snacks in them*. Once you return, please do store your snacks in the fridge ASAP.

* In such cases, we will not be liable for any spoilage of our products.

If our delivery partners are unable to deliver due to (i) your absence and are unable to reach your doorstep due to the refusal or absence of your estate’s security personnel, (ii) your absence and unable to reach you to get the go-ahead to leave it at your doorstep or (iii) the wrong address provided, we will not be able to return your snacks to our kitchen(s) or retrieve the meals from the wrong address that you provided and re-deliver it.

In the event we are unable to complete your delivery because our delivery partner was not able to reach you or your doorstep, your order will be forfeited.

In the event that you provided a wrong address and the delivery has been completed, you will need to make your own arrangements to retrieve the snacks.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding!

My order has arrived but there are some issues with it (for example, missing or damaged items). Who can I call?

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 3-working days' advanced notice prior to the delivery day is required for any changes or amendments to orders. A 5% transaction fee applies for any cancellation.

A cancellation surcharge of 50% of the order price will apply if the order is canceled within 24 hours prior to the delivery day.

Can I change delivery details after placing an order?

  1. Before the Cut-Off Time of Your Selected Delivery Slot:

    To change your delivery address, contact number, & other recipient details, please email us at [email protected]

  2. After the Cut-Off Time of Your Selected Delivery Slot:

    An administration fee of $9 will be chargeable for rescheduling your delivery or changing your delivery address after the cut-off timing of your scheduled delivery. Your delivery can only be rescheduled to time slots within your order's original delivery day. Written confirmation and payment of administration fee has to be made by 5pm on the previous day to make changes to your delivery.

    For rescheduling of delivery or changing of delivery address after the respective cut-off timing, you may send your request to [email protected] with proof of PayNow transfer of $9 to UEN 202327040C under TOUGH CLUB PTE. LTD.

Can I edit my order after placing one?

Request for changes to your orders, such as adding or changing items, must be made before the respective order cut-off timing of your scheduled delivery.

  • Friday, 2pm SGT for deliveries on Tuesdays
The new order total in monetary value has to be higher than before the changes. No refunds or cash vouchers will be created for changes that result in a lower monetary value. Existing or expired discounts that were applied to the order will not be applied on added items.
Information & storage
How long can I keep the snacks I have purchased and how should I store them?

We have included some care information in each of the product descriptions including information on how best to store your snacks if you have ordered a few extra pieces to enjoy over the next few days. Here is some general information you may find useful:

Cake-in-a-jar: Our jars can be kept for 3-5 days from delivery, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. Our recommendation is to eat the jars within 5 days from delivery. The only exceptions are our Strawberry Yogurt Cream Cake-in-a-Jar, which should be consumed within 3 days from delivery as it contains fresh fruit in the centre. Please keep your cake-in-a-jars refrigerated.

How are your cake-in-a-jar packaged? Will you also provide carrier bags with my order?

Our cake-in-a-jar are packaged in food-grade plastic bottles and handled with the utmost of hygiene standards.

Your orders will be in sets of either 4 or 6 jars and packaged in a cooler bag with an ice-pack for delivery to help keep them cold till they find a new home with you.

Are your snacks halal?

We are not a halal-certified establishment. However, we do not use gelatin or lard in any of our snacks.

Do you have nut-free cake-in-a-jar?

Unfortunately, most of our cake-in-a-jars do have nuts in them for added flavour and texture. For those without, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any nut cross-contamination as all our snacks are prepared in a central kitchen. This information will be indicated in the product description for that item on our website, and listed as an allergen on the product labels.

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free cupcakes or bakes?

Unfortunately, we use ingredients containing gluten, dairy and eggs in most of our snacks currently. However, who knows what is in the works at the moment *winks*

What are these all-natural alternative sugar substitutes used in your snacks?

The sweeteners we use are mainly Erythritol, Allulose, Lakanto (Monk Fruit) and Sorbitol. These are natural sweeteners derived from corn and fruits like figs. They are FDA approved and there’s no evidence of serious long term side effects associated with consumption of these sweeteners. They are safe to be consumed in moderate amounts.

Omg I heard there is protein powder in your snacks! - is it even good?

You heard that right! Our snacks are designed to be higher in protein so that we can have a new, more satisfying way of getting our protein in (not more chocking down chicken breast). We aim to help satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you satiated for longer while providing your body with a good source of filling protein and other important nutrients. Try out one of these snacks the next time you're craving something sweet.

As for the taste, we have gone through endless rounds of R&D to make sure that they taste as close to the snacks we have come to know and love. But don't take our word for it, hear it from your fellow snackers in our customer testimonials / reviews.

Are your snacks suitable for diabetics?

The sweeteners we use, refer to question on sweeteners above, are not metabolized by the body and hence, will not cause a spike in insulin or blood glucose levels. In addition, as our products are low in carbohydrates, they are also suitable to be consumed as part of a low carb diet. However, if you have any other underlying health issues and want to find out if these snacks are suitable for you, please contact your medical practitioner for advice.

Are your products safe for children and toddlers to consume?

Our snacks are safe for consumption by young children, but we would not recommend toddlers under 12 months of age to consume these products as they require nutrient dense foods for optimal growth and development, and foods and beverages containing sugar substitutes are often not nutrient dense. In addition, as some of our products contain dairy and nuts, they would also not be suitable for consumption by children or young toddler (> 12 months old) with lactose intolerance or nut allergies.

We would also recommend for you to consult a pediatrician regarding this matter as well for professional advice.

Gifts, Corporate & events
Can you do full-size cakes for special events?

Unfortunately not at the moment! As a small snackery, we are currently focused on offering items with a on-the-go snacking functionality packed with the flavours you love.

Are you able to bake customised flavours?
